Description
Between pure lines and precise volumes, the Blanc 59 residential complex unfolds along a boulevard that gently follows the natural contours of the land. The twenty houses, arranged in continuity without lateral setbacks, create a cohesive landscape where each unit merges with the next as part of a single architectural gesture.
At the heart of the development, a central garden preserves the trees that originally inhabited the site while welcoming new species into the same green setting. There, nature alternates between backdrop and protagonist, casting shadows, filtering light, and setting the rhythm of life that unfolds around it.
On the ground floor, the social spaces open to the backyards through wide-span frames, inviting the outside in and ensuring a more introspective, sheltered way of living. The upper floor houses bedrooms and suites, common to all units. In certain layouts, attics and open terraces are incorporated.
A thoughtful site plan, with cutouts in the volumes, generous windows, and orientation toward the north, east, and west, enhances natural lighting and cross-ventilation. Light, neutral tones such as white reflect this light, revealing the geometry and heightening the serenity of the composition.
More than a set of residences, the project is a dialogue with the scale of the neighborhood—an architecture shaped by its surroundings, sustaining an aesthetic language that is cohesive, timeless, and open to the passage of time.
